Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, bright, and beautifully decorated, making my stay very comfortable. However, it was a little hot and stuffy, and I felt that some finer touches were missing. The service was amazingly friendly and helpful, and the staff were considerate and accommodating. The location was excellent, very close to the city center and some beautiful gardens. The dining experience was a real highlight, with delicious locally sourced items and home-baked bread and jams. Overall, a great value for money with excellent facilities.
My stay at this hotel was simply delightful! The rooms, although having smaller windows, were extremely comfortable with a lovely outlook. I especially enjoyed the homemade shortbread provided in the room. The rooms were nice, clean, and quiet, meeting all my needs and then some. The service was exceptional, with the staff being incredibly friendly and welcoming. Jean-Luc, in particular, stood out with his excellent service and sense of humor. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet residential area but just a short walk from Bath Abbey and all the central attractions. Dining was a highlight, with a delicious breakfast selection that included homemade jams and a variety of fresh foods. Overall, a great value for the price paid.
The hotel rooms were warm, bathed in sunlight, and offered an amazing breakfast experience. However, the heat in the rooms required turning off the radiators and opening windows occasionally. The service was warm and welcoming, with a slight downside of charging for parking. The location was excellent, close to major Bath attractions, and the dining, despite needing replenishment during busy times, offered a stunning and valuable experience. The facilities were well-kept with attentive staff members.
The hotel is a beautiful blend of heritage and modernity, offering spacious and airy rooms. While the rooms are well-appointed, they can get a bit stuffy at times. The service is professional, efficient, and welcoming, with staff going the extra mile to ensure a top-notch experience. The location is ideal, close to all the main attractions yet nestled in a quiet street. Dining options are excellent, albeit slightly on the pricey side. Overall, a wonderful stay with great value for money.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms offered a view of the hotel bins on one side, but a lovely view of the hotel garden on the other, along with a delightful view across to Henrietta Park. Even though the rooms are pricey, they are definitely worth it, especially for a short stay like mine. I wished I could have stayed longer to enjoy the bright decor and lovely ambiance.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were warm all night, making it a bit difficult to sleep even with the fans. However, the higher floors overlooking the park were perfect - lovely size and very comfortable.
