The staff was polite .
The room's condition was disappointing , especially considering the price I paid. The shower pressure was very weak and made it difficult to shower properly. The outdated decor detracted from the experience , as well.

the location is convenient. i walked to the city centre easily. the staff were polite. i found the breakfast excellent.
The room felt a little cramped. i noticed the bathroom cleanliness could improve. i found a broken mirror in the bedroom. It needed attention.

i was really surprised by the really good service. every staff member was very friendly and helpful. the room (it was a beautiful king double room park view) was super clean. breakfast was great (especially the homemade jams).
i noticed the wifi signal was occasionally weak. it made browsing a bit difficult.

the hotel is near a beautiful, quiet park. i saw the city centre was just a short, pleasant walk away. the train station is also easily accessible from the hotel.

the location was good (across from the park), and the staff were generally friendly.
i was disappointed that there was a parking charge of £20 per night. the breakfast service on sunday was also slow, and the food was quite fatty. the bacon was bland.
